## What it is

A subscription workspace that sits over the exchange accounts you already hold and tries to be the
only window you need: chart, order ticket, positions, scanners, bots, portfolio and a trade journal
in one resizable layout, on web, desktop and phone. The vendor's own framing is "the trading
operating system", and the plan limits tell you what it thinks it is selling — connections,
accounts, bots and alerts, counted.

The execution half is built around what it calls Smart Orders, which is one form that carries an
entry, up to ten take-profit levels and a stop-loss that can move on its own. The stop-loss
behaviours are the genuinely unusual part: break-even after TP1 fills, follow-take-profit that
ratchets to each filled target in turn, follow-price trailing, plus cooldowns that delay a stop
until a timer expires or a candle closes below it, with an emergency market exit if price keeps
falling during the cooldown. Post-only and GTC/FOK/IOC are there, as are trailing stops, hidden
start-at prices, and time- or price-based order expiry.

The other half is automation, which is why this card also sits in the bots listing. Grid bots
(arithmetic or geometric, with trailing up and down) and signal bots (driven by Altrady's own base
scanner or by an inbound webhook from TradingView) run on Altrady's servers, so they keep working
with your machine off. Plan tiers count them: two, five, fifty.

Around that sit the parts you would otherwise buy separately — a base scanner, a TA scanner with
100+ indicators, a multi-exchange portfolio that also tracks read-only wallet addresses, paper
trading, backtesting, and a journal with risk rules.

## Pricing

**Read the toggle, then read the currency note.** The page opens on Monthly, and offers a USD
display with its own footnote: "Billing happens in EUR, actual USD conversion may be different."
So EUR is the price and USD is a conversion. Month to month: **Basic €28, Essential €50, Premium
€90.** Billed annually the same tiers are **€20, €35 and €63** a month.

**Two add-ons are billed on top.** TA Scanner Pro is €30 a month, or €21 billed annually, and is
included in Premium. Backtesting Pro is €10 a month, or €7 annually. Both have free tiers folded
into Basic that are small enough to be demos rather than features — one scanner strategy on two
timeframes and five alerts an hour, and two backtests a month over seven days of data.

**AI usage is metered in credits** — 500, 1,500 and 3,000 a month by tier, resetting on the 1st and
not rolling over. A chat message costs 1 to 10 credits and a market report costs 10. Top-ups are
one-off purchases at €10 for 1,000 and €25 for 3,000, VAT included, and those never expire.

**Nothing is charged per trade.** The pricing FAQ is unambiguous: "Altrady is a pure software
platform and takes no cut of your trades. All exchange fees are charged directly by your exchange."
No builder code, no broker programme and no routing rebate appears on the pricing page, the
exchanges page, or the help centre's exchange-connection section — which matters in this category,
because several competitors do take one and do not put it next to the monthly figure.

Five-day trial on any plan, no card. Afterwards the account drops to a permanent free tier that
keeps your data, connections and configured strategies — though no feature list for that free tier
is published anywhere, so treat it as unspecified rather than generous. Thirty-day money-back
guarantee; cards and PayPal.

## Data & coverage

**Nineteen venues on the exchanges table, and roughly half of them are spot-only.** Full spot and
futures: Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, OKX, Kraken, BingX, Hyperliquid and MEXC. Spot only: Coinbase,
Gate.io, Bitvavo, Crypto.com, Binance US, Huobi, Woo, Poloniex and HitBTC. Futures only: Bitmart
and Toobit. Hyperliquid is the one DEX, connected with an API key like everything else.

**One venue is explicitly data-only**, and the vendor says so where you would want it said:
"Bitmex is currently supported for viewing your account only; you cannot place trades on it through
Altrady." That is the whole of the documented gap between the data list and the execution list —
everything else you connect, you can trade.

**The count depends which vendor page you read.** The exchanges table has 19 rows. The help centre
says "17 Spot exchanges and 5 Futures exchanges", then names 18 venues and describes 8 of them as
having futures, and never mentions Bitmart. The marketing feature page says "19+ Exchanges" and
adds a claim the other two contradict outright — "Trade both spot and futures markets on every
supported exchange." The per-venue table is the only one of the three with enough detail to be
checked, which is why this card takes its numbers from there.

**Exchange demo accounts cannot be connected**, live accounts only. Altrady's own paper trading is
the substitute, and it is free permanently on every plan including the free tier — but it needs a
connected API key first, because the simulated fills use live market data.

**There is no consolidated book.** The order-book widget shows depth for the market in front of
you; My Positions lists what is open "on the active exchange account"; multi-charts puts several
pairs on one screen. What is genuinely cross-venue is the portfolio and the scanners, not the
ladder.

**History is a plan feature, and the minute data is the one to watch.** Daily and higher candles
go back "All" on every tier, but minute candles are capped at 30 days on Basic, 90 on Essential and
unlimited on Premium. Trade history in the app follows the same 30/90/unlimited split.

**On-chain reaches exactly as far as balances.** You can attach read-only addresses to a wallet —
no API key, no private key — on BTC, LTC, ETH, BSC, TRX, XRP and EGLD, with ERC20 and BEP20 tokens
picked up automatically on the two EVM chains and native assets only on the rest. DEX charting is a
separate row and starts at Essential. Neither is analytics; this is a portfolio line item, not a
chain explorer.

## Integrations

**Keys are encrypted on your machine and stored on Altrady's.** The help centre describes a
five-word Vault password generated at first connection, which encrypts the keys and stays on your
device; the encrypted blobs live server-side. Only read and trade permissions are requested,
withdrawal never, and exchange-side IP whitelisting is supported and documented. Losing the five
words is unrecoverable by design — a reset leaves your data intact but your live connections dead,
and you must generate a new key on every exchange and replace each one by hand.

**Take the corollary seriously before subscribing.** Bots run on Altrady's servers around the clock
with your computer off, which is the feature people buy. The vendor publishes both that fact and
the claim that your keys stay locked "even from us", and no page explains how the two fit together.
If server-side custody of a trade-enabled key is a line you will not cross, the bots are the part
of this product you cannot use.

**The MCP server is real and first-party.** It is enabled in the desktop app under Settings > MCP
server, which hands you a local server URL and an auth token; Claude Code, Cursor and Codex take a
one-click install prompt, Claude Desktop needs a config file edit and Node.js. It runs locally,
consumes no Altrady AI credits, is on every paid tier including Basic, and ships eleven prepared
trading skills. Anything it proposes — a position, a bot, an alert — is staged in Altrady for you
to confirm rather than sent.

**Webhooks work in both directions, unevenly.** Inbound webhook signals into a signal bot, with a
visual payload builder, are on every tier. Outbound webhook notifications on alerts start at
Essential.

**Export is CSV, and it is a Premium feature.** Balances, orders or trades, one file or one per
account, from Settings > Export — capped at 90 days per export and ten exports per rolling 30 days,
so a year of records is several runs. Tax-reporting export is likewise Premium only. Trade history
can also be imported from an exchange to backfill the journal.

## Limitations

**Grid bots do not run on futures. Anywhere.** The help centre states it, and the per-venue table
confirms it cell by cell — the grid-bot futures marker is off on all nineteen rows. Signal bots do
support futures. If you came for a perp grid, this is the wrong product.

**CSV export is Premium only**, which is €90 a month month-to-month. So is tax-reporting export. A
€28 plan that records your trades and will not give them back to you is worth knowing about before
you build a year of journal on it.

**The exchange connection limit is not the account limit.** Basic connects three exchanges, not
five; the "5 trading accounts" on its card is a separate cap, and both bind. Essential is five
exchanges and fifteen accounts. Only Premium is unlimited on exchanges.

**The plan cards mark missing features rather than omitting them.** Basic's bullet list shows
"Smart Money Indicator" and "Data export" in grey with a cross, which reads as a feature at a
glance and is the opposite. The full comparison grid is the honest version of the same page.

**The vendor contradicts itself on coverage.** "Trade both spot and futures markets on every
supported exchange" is on the multi-exchange feature page; nine of the nineteen venues on the
vendor's own table are spot-only. Check the table for the venue you care about, not the headline.

**No public API.** The help centre's article index — thirteen sections, including twenty-nine
articles on connecting exchanges — has no page for one. What you get programmatically is inbound
webhooks, outbound webhook notifications and the local MCP server.

**The AI does not stop at analysis.** AI Market Reports produce "DCA strategy, trade setup and grid
bot reports", and the MCP skills include a smart-entry builder and bot builders. Everything is
staged for your confirmation and nothing trades on its own, but the thing being emitted is a
proposed trade on a named market, and this card flags `ai_features: recommendations` for that
reason rather than settling for the softer label.

**No published latency or execution region.** Bots and orders travel through Altrady's
infrastructure and the vendor says nothing about where it sits. For discretionary trading that is
irrelevant; for anything quote-driven it is the whole question, and it is unanswered.

## Alternatives

If what you want is the execution engine and nothing else — TWAP, Limit Chase, Swarm, a DOM, a
trading CLI — [Insilico Terminal](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/insilico-terminal) does that part far better and costs
nothing, at the price of having no scanner, no journal, no portfolio and no alerts. If the pull is
cross-venue derivatives data rather than a workspace, [Velo](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/velo) is a data product with a
small order ticket attached.

[Coinigy](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/coinigy) is the same idea a decade older — one workspace over many venues, with
far more exchanges charted than traded — and it is the comparison to make if breadth of coverage
matters more to you than the depth of the workflow around it.

## FAQ

### Where does Altrady store my exchange API keys?

Encrypted on Altrady's servers. They are encrypted in the client first, under a five-word Vault password that stays on your device and that the vendor says it cannot read. Lose those five words and nobody can recover them — you generate fresh keys on every exchange and re-enter them.

### Does Altrady take a cut of my trades?

The vendor says no. Its pricing FAQ states that Altrady is "a pure software platform" that takes no cut, and that all exchange fees are charged directly by the exchange. No builder code or broker programme is documented on the pricing page, the exchanges page or the help centre.

### How many exchanges can I actually connect?

Three on Basic, five on Essential, unlimited on Premium — a separate limit from the trading-account count of 5, 15 and 30. The exchanges page lists 19 venues, but only about half of them support futures and BitMEX is view-only.

### Can Altrady run a grid bot on futures?

No. The help centre says grid bots work only on spot exchanges, and the per-venue table confirms it — the grid-bot futures column is unticked on every one of the 19 rows. Signal bots do run on futures.
