## What it is

A hosted bot platform, run by Bitsgap Software Solutions — FZCO in Dubai Silicon Oasis, with the
iOS app published by a second entity, Bitsgap Holding OÜ. You connect exchanges by API key, build
bots in forms, and everything runs on the vendor's infrastructure. Nothing is installed.

Six bot types do the work: GRID, DCA, BTD, LOOP and QFL on spot, COMBO and DCA Futures on
derivatives. Around them sit a manual terminal with smart orders — scaled, TWAP, stop-limit,
multiple take-profits — a portfolio dashboard, a demo mode, and a backtester whose lookback is
metered by plan.

**How it meters, which is the thing to understand before comparing prices.**
[3Commas](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/3commas) sells bot *types* and counts how many of each you may run.
[Cryptohopper](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/cryptohopper) sells exactly one bot per subscription whatever you pay.
Bitsgap sells *counts per type* — three grid bots and ten DCA bots at the bottom, fifty and 250 at
the top — so the question that decides your plan is not which strategies you want but how many
positions you intend to have open at once.

## Pricing

**The pricing page opens on the annual tab.** The 23, 55 and 119 dollars in large type are the
annual per-month rate; month to month the plans are **29, 69 and 149 dollars**. A seven-day trial
of the top plan starts without a card.

**The refund is easy to lose and the policy says so plainly.** A full refund is available within
seven days of the latest monthly payment *only if you have not used any of the services except
demo trading* in that period — so the first live bot you start ends the refund window. On an annual
plan you may request a partial refund within 180 days, for whole unused months, calculated
excluding the discount you were given. Payments in cryptocurrency are non-refundable, and the
platform accepts more than fifty altcoins. UAE VAT on used periods is not refunded either. The
policy has been in force since 8 October 2025.

## Data & coverage

**Seventeen exchanges**, listed with 24-hour volume and pair counts on the vendor's own page:
Aster, Binance, Binance US, Bitfinex, Bitget, BitMart, Coinbase, Crypto.com, Evedex, Gate, Gemini,
HTX, Kraken, KuCoin, OKX, Poloniex and WhiteBit. Checked live on 21 September 2026.

**Bybit is not among them, and two other pages on the same site say it is.** The AI Assistant page
answers "what exchanges can I trade on" with "popular exchanges like Binance, Bybit, Crypto.com and
Gate.io are fully integrated", and the template behind the per-coin landing pages promises
automation "on Binance, Bybit, Kucoin, OKX, and 10+ other major crypto exchanges". Marketing copy
that names a venue the product does not connect to is worth knowing about before you read any
other claim on those pages.

**One venue is not like the others.** Evedex is where the free plan's three COMBO bots run, and
every paid tier's COMBO allowance is quoted against it — three, ten and fifty bots "on Evedex". The
vendor describes Evedex as "part of the Bitsgap ecosystem", publishes a 65.3 percent win rate drawn
from 16,734 COMBO bots on it, and sells the pairing as self-custodial perps with no KYC. Treat that
statistic as a vendor statistic about a venue the vendor is promoting, not as a measured property
of the bot.

Backtesting depth is a plan feature rather than a data feature: 30 days on Basic, 180 on Advanced,
365 on Pro.

## Integrations

This section is short, and the shortness is the finding. There is **no public API, no webhook
listener, no TradingView alert execution and no MCP server** — not documented, not in the help
centre, not on the pricing table. Three hundred and seven English help-centre URLs contain zero
pages about any of them.

What exists is the web app, an iOS app (version 2.11.07, updated 14 September 2026, published by
Bitsgap Holding OÜ) and an Android app. Payment takes cards or crypto.

Export is advertised and undocumented. The portfolio page promises "historical data export" and no
help-centre article says in what format or from where; the vendor's own tax article, asked the same
question, answers by telling you to export from each exchange instead. This card therefore records
no export formats rather than guessing at one.

The practical consequence: a signal you generate elsewhere cannot start a Bitsgap bot, and a
Bitsgap bot cannot tell anything else what it did. Compare [Gunbot](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/gunbot), which documents
a REST API, webhooks and an email listener, or Cryptohopper, which runs a first-party MCP server.

## Limitations

**The AI Assistant is sold on an outcome, and the number has no method behind it.** The vendor's AI
page promises to "boost your profits by up to 20% compared to manual trading" and its FAQ repeats
that "users typically see a 20% increase in profits", with no period, sample, venue or definition
of the comparison anywhere on the page. The feature itself picks pairs and deploys a portfolio of
bots for you, which is why this card carries `ai_features: recommendations`. It stays in the
catalogue because the keys, the venue, the size and the stop remain yours, and because the
subscription buys automation rather than somebody else's trade — but the marketing around it is
the least trustworthy surface on the site.

**Your keys live on their servers.** That is the deal with every hosted platform here, and the
security page answers it with 2048-bit encryption, firewalls, 2FA and FIDO2 hardware keys. Nothing
on the page is independently attested, and a key with trade permission is the account short of
withdrawal.

**The public changelog stopped fifteen months ago.** The newest release-notes month in the help
centre's sitemap is June 2025, while the iOS app shipped an update in September 2026 and the
pricing page advertises an Evedex integration as new. The product is moving; the record of what
changed in it is not.

**There is no tax reporting, and the vendor's own article tells you so.** Its guidance is to export
trade history from each exchange and feed it to CoinTracking or Koinly. It does not mention
exporting from Bitsgap.

**The vendor pays 30 percent of your subscription, recurring, to whoever referred you.** The
affiliate terms are public: a 30-day cookie that renews on every visit, commission on every payment
the referred user makes, accounting in euros, payouts in USDT on TRC-20, 25 euro minimum, 21 days
to pay. Every exchange in the supported list also carries a "Sign up" link. None of that makes the
software worse, and all of it explains the tone of most Bitsgap content you will find elsewhere.

## Alternatives

[3Commas](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/3commas) covers the same ground with a developer API, webhooks and futures on more
venues, and carries a disclosed 2022 key-exposure incident that this vendor does not.
[Cryptohopper](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/cryptohopper) is cheaper per month, spot only, and gives you one bot.
[OctoBot Cloud](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/octobot-cloud) hosts an engine whose source you can read.

If the closed loop is what bothers you, the answer is not another hosted platform.
[Gunbot](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/gunbot) is a one-time licence you install, with a REST API and webhooks;
[Freqtrade](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/freqtrade), [OctoBot](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/octobot) and [Hummingbot](https://cryptomarkets.tools/tools/hummingbot) cost
nothing but a server and put every key in a file you own.

## FAQ

### Does Bitsgap have an API or webhook support?

No, to all of it. Across 307 English help-centre URLs there is not one page about a Bitsgap API, a webhook, a TradingView alert or an MCP server, and the pages filed under "API" are about registering your exchange keys. What you build here you operate here, through the web app or the phone app, and nothing else in your stack can drive it.

### What can the free plan actually run?

Manual trading on any connected exchange, twenty bots in demo mode, and three COMBO bots on Evedex. Automation against a live account on any of the other sixteen venues starts at a paid plan, so the free tier is best read as a demo with one live exception attached to one exchange.

### Can I get a refund if the bots lose money?

Not for that reason, and possibly not at all. The published policy grants a full refund within seven days of a monthly payment only if you have not used any service except demo trading in that window — running a single live bot forfeits it. Annual plans get a partial refund within 180 days, calculated on the undiscounted price, and anything paid in cryptocurrency is non-refundable.

### Is Bybit supported?

It is not in the supported-exchange table, which listed seventeen venues on 21 September 2026 and no Bybit. The vendor's AI Assistant page says the opposite — that Binance, Bybit, Crypto.com and Gate.io are fully integrated — and a template behind the coin landing pages names Bybit too. The table is the one to trust, and the contradiction is a reason to check every venue claim against it.
