Cielo
Follow wallets on 30-plus chains, with PnL profiles and Telegram and Discord alerts.
Best for Traders who follow hundreds or thousands of addresses they chose, on Solana, EVM chains and Hyperliquid, and want each trade pushed to Telegram or Discord; not for flow research, or for trading from a wallet the vendor generates.

What it is
A wallet tracker. You paste addresses — your own, a fund's, a trader's you found on a leaderboard — or follow somebody else's public list of them, and Cielo streams every transaction those wallets make into a feed and to Telegram or Discord, labelled with the protocol, the size, the direction and the wallet's PnL. Each address gets a profile page: realised PnL (unrealised on paid plans), holdings, a per-wallet feed, trading stats, its Hyperliquid positions, and related wallets that it interacts with most.
Around that sit filters and alerts: per-wallet and per-token alert rules with USD minimums, chain and transaction-type filters, alerts when several followed wallets buy the same new token, and Research Agents — preset watchers for patterns such as a fresh CEX-funded wallet making its first buy or three or more KOL wallets buying the same token. On paid plans, Hyperliquid tracking alerts on a followed wallet's fills, TWAPs, liquidations and positions within 2% of liquidation, and Insights (Whale) aggregates what a list of wallets is buying, selling and holding long or short.
It is bought by somebody who already knows which addresses they want to watch, or wants a leaderboard to find them, and wants to hear about a trade the moment it lands.
Scope note. Cielo also trades, and that half is outside this card. A Solana trading wallet is
auto-generated when you first connect to the web app, by the getting-started guide; the trading
terms say it is an embedded wallet "created and managed through our technology partner, Turnkey",
that "Cielo does not control or custody your digital assets", and the docs' Portfolio page lets
you export its private key and generate more — while the developer API reference says "Trading
wallets are custodial wallets used for executing trades through Cielo's trading infrastructure",
and its swap endpoints execute on an API key alone. From the trading wallets you can buy and sell
on Solana, Base and Robinhood Chain for a 0.6% fee per trade, and run trading agents — the copy-trading
engine of OdinBot, which Cielo says it acquired — that buy when a wallet you chose buys, for 1%
per executed trade. The trading services are offered by Cielo Trading LTD, a British Virgin
Islands company, and not to residents of the United States and a list of other countries. A wallet
the vendor generates for the reader is on the far side of this catalogue's custody line however
the key is held, so the trading, the agents and the paid plans' trading-fee discounts are not what
this card lists or flags: live_trading and automation are false here on purpose. The tracker
is what the catalogue judged, and it works without the trading wallet — the guide says to skip
the deposit if you only track, and the Telegram bot runs on its own without the web app. Following
an address you picked is a capability; no page read for this card sells calls, and the rankings
are PnL arithmetic over public trades. The one AI piece the docs name, Ask AI, suggests copy-agent settings
inside the excluded half, which is why ai_features reads none.
Pricing
In US dollars, from the homepage plans and FAQ and the FAQ of the app's plans page, read on 24 October 2026. The plans page itself renders only after a wallet is connected, which was not done; its FAQ text was read from the app's own published code.
- Free — 250 EVM and 50 Solana wallets, 5 tokens and 5 lists, one Telegram and one Discord bot, 120 alerts an hour, and 100 wallet-profile views a day by the docs' FAQ.
- Pro, 59 a month — 1,000 EVM and 200 Solana wallets, 10 tokens and 10 lists, Hyperliquid, Wallet Discovery, four Telegram bots including two private ones, three Discord channels, 1,000 alerts an hour, 1,000 profile views a day.
- Whale, 199 a month — 10,000 EVM and 1,000 Solana wallets, 30 tokens and 50 lists, BTC mempool alerts, the Insights dashboard, 18 Telegram bots including nine private, ten Discord channels, 3,000 alerts an hour, 5,000 profile views a day, the Cielo API and CSV exports of wallet profiles.
59 and 199 are the monthly card prices. The plan cards print them "/m", and both FAQs say a card "will be debited on a monthly basis and you can cancel at any time". The FAQ on the app's plans page says "The Pro plan costs $59 per month and the Whale plan $199 per month. Paying annually with crypto reduces these to $49 per month for Pro and $165 per month for Whale." The homepage FAQ runs the first sentence on with "on an annual basis" and drops the crypto rate, which reads as if 59 and 199 were annual-billing figures; the app's wording is the one the card follows. The docs say plans can be bought by card for one, six or twelve months and in crypto for six or twelve; no page read gives a six-month price. Crypto is SOL, ETH and USDC on Solana and Base by the app, and a longer list on Ethereum, Polygon and Base by the homepage. Card subscriptions renew automatically; the terms say "All sales are final. There are no refunds."
The plans also cut Cielo's trading fee — "reduced" on Pro, "lowest" on Whale — and a referral cashback reaches a 35% fee reduction for Whales. That belongs to the trading half described above.
Data & coverage
Chains. The homepage and docs say 30-plus: Bitcoin, Solana, Sui, Tron, dYdX, Hyperliquid and HyperEVM, and EVM chains including Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche, Blast, Mantle and zkSync. The docs' own overview says "13 chains" in its first section. Coverage is not even: by the chain-support table, PnL and wallet tracking run on all of them, portfolio views only on Ethereum, Base, Solana, Robinhood Chain and HyperEVM, and token-swap alerts only on Ethereum, Base and Solana.
Some wallets cannot be followed. The FAQ says wallets with extreme transaction volume are excluded — a Solana wallet making more than 3,000 transactions a day is filtered out — and that MEV bots routing through closed contracts cannot be given full data or accurate PnL.
Freshness. The feed refreshes over a WebSocket as transactions arrive. Telegram alerts can lag or drop when the shared bots are saturated, which is what the private bots on paid plans are sold to avoid. Wallet Discovery's leaderboard updates about every ten minutes.
PnL is estimated. The FAQ names honeypot tokens and Solana's architecture as reasons the figure is sometimes wrong.
Integrations
Telegram and Discord bots carry the alerts; Telegram alerts link to Banana Gun to buy, which is a third-party trading bot this catalogue does not list. A Chrome and Brave extension adds one-click "add wallet" buttons on sites such as Etherscan.
An API, sold two ways. Whale includes access, managed in the app's settings. The same API is also sold on its own through a separate developer portal — by its getting-started page, updated September 2025, a free plan on the feed endpoint, Builder at 89 and Architect at 188 USD a month on annual billing, metered in credits per endpoint. REST endpoints cover the feed, wallet PnL, trading stats, portfolios, tags and tracked-wallet lists, plus a WebSocket for new transactions; swap quote and execution endpoints for the trading wallets belong to the excluded half. The developer docs index has no MCP page and no webhook delivery.
Limitations
- The trading wallet is one click away. It is generated at first connect, and Quick Buy buttons sit on the feed and the alerts. Tracking never needs it funded; the card covers nothing that happens once it is.
- The vendor's pages disagree with each other. The subscribe page still lists older limits (10 free Solana wallets, two and nine Telegram bots), the overview says 13 chains where the chain list runs past 30, the homepage FAQ attaches "on an annual basis" to the monthly prices, and the terms call the trading wallet uncustodied where the API reference calls it custodial.
- No refunds, by the terms.
- Leaderboards rank the past. Wallet Discovery and the Insights leaderboard sort wallets by realised PnL and win rate over 1, 7 or 30 days; that is where a wallet has been.
Alternatives
Arkham and Nansen are the entity-labelling platforms, bought for who owns an address rather than for alerts on addresses you already chose. Whale Alert pushes large labelled transfers rather than your own list. HyperTracker covers Hyperliquid wallets only, read-only, with an API from 179 USD a month. The rest are in the wallet-tracking collection.

Also worth comparing
- Nansen — A labelled view of the chain — who is buying, not just which address.
- Whale Alert — Large on-chain transfers, named by owner where known, pushed to your browser or phone.
- Arkham — Address explorer where wallets already carry a named owner and a confidence grade.
- Bubblemaps — Token holder graphs that show which wallets have been sending funds to each other.
- Allium — Institutional SQL over 85+ indexed chains, with labels and no published price.
- Bitquery — GraphQL over indexed chains — self-service plans are a real-time window, not history.

Background
How this part of the industry works, rather than which product to pick.
- What an exchange's proof of reserves proves, and what it leaves out — Proof of reserves compares wallets an exchange says it owns with customer balances at one snapshot. Who checks it, as of when, and what sits outside it.
- What an Ethereum RPC endpoint cannot answer — The eth_ namespace is one half of Ethereum. Staking, proposer pay, private order flow and smart-account users sit outside it, and so does some of the ETH.
- Where an on-chain number comes from before you see it — Four stages sit between a block and a dashboard — a node, an indexer, an attribution layer and a metric definition. Each one is a decision you cannot see.
FAQ
Is Cielo free?
The tracker is. With no subscription you can follow 250 EVM and 50 Solana wallets and get up to 120 Telegram or Discord alerts an hour, by the homepage plan card. Pro is 59 and Whale 199 USD a month by card, billed monthly and cancellable at any time; a year paid in crypto brings them to 49 and 165 a month, by the FAQ on the app's plans page.
Do I need a Cielo trading wallet to track wallets?
No. The getting-started guide says to skip the deposit step if you only want to track, and the Telegram bot can be used on its own without the web app. Signing in to the web app connects a wallet you already hold, with a signature that the docs say does not authorise access to funds.
Who holds the keys to the Cielo trading wallet?
The trading terms say the wallet is an embedded wallet created and administered through Turnkey, and that Cielo does not control or custody your assets. The docs say the private key can be exported from the Portfolio page. The vendor's own API reference, though, describes trading wallets as custodial wallets used to execute trades through Cielo's infrastructure. This catalogue lists Cielo for tracking and does not cover its trading wallet.
Can Cielo copy a wallet's trades?
Yes, through trading agents that buy from the Cielo trading wallet when a wallet you chose buys, at a 1% fee per executed trade against 0.6% on manual trades. Copying an address you picked is a capability, but it runs from the vendor-generated wallet, so this card does not list it.
